Bowel Cancer Hero

The K9MD Team are thrilled to announce the results of a recent Proof of Concept validation for the detection of Bowel cancer. This is a blind randomised trial designed and analysed by our biostatistician and independently reviewed. The trial was held over 5 consecutive days with K9 Hero checking 300 samples.

The results are 100% success for sensitivity (correctly identifying all samples with cancer) and 97.2% success for specificity (correctly ignoring all samples that did not have cancer).
