Proof of Concept Trial Results

Ovarian cancer detection dog, German shepherd Hunter, with his trainer Sam have completed their Proof of Concept validation. Held over 4 consecutive days with 300 samples Hunter achieved a success of 96% sensitivity (correctly identifying all samples with cancer) and 100% success specificity (correctly ignoring all samples without cancer)

Ovarian cancer detection dog, golden Labrador Hogan, with his trainer Peter have completed their Proof of Concept validation. Held over 4 consecutive days with 300 samples Hogan achieved a success of 100% sensitivity (correctly identifying all samples with cancer) and 100% success specificity (correctly ignoring all samples without cancer)

Bowel Cancer detection dog, black Labrador Hero, with his trainer Sam have completed their Proof of Concept validation. Held over 5 consecutive days with 300 samples Hero achieved a success of 100% sensitivity (correctly identifying all samples with cancer) and 97.2% success specificity (correctly ignoring all samples without cancer)

Bowel Cancer detection dog, German shepherd Weta, has completed her Proof of Concept validation. Held over 5 consecutive days with 300 samples Weta achieved a success of 100% sensitivity (correctly identifying all samples with cancer) and 100% success specificity (correctly ignoring all samples without cancer)

Bowel Cancer detection dog, German shepherd Levi, has completed his Proof of Concept validation. Held over 5 consecutive days with 400 samples Levi achieved a success of 98.4% sensitivity (correctly identifying all samples with cancer) and 100% success specificity (correctly ignoring all samples without cancer)
